  • Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
  • During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly extended. Customers will be informed in such cases.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on delivery location, package weight, and order value.
  • Free shipping may be offered on orders above ₹1000, where applicable (subject to change without prior notice).
  • Any applicable taxes or charges will be clearly displayed at checkout before order confirmation.

3. Delivery Timeline

  • Estimated delivery time is 5–6 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on the delivery location.
  • Delivery timelines are estimated and not guaranteed.
  • Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, including but not limited to:
    • Courier partner delays
    • Weather conditions
    • Natural disasters
    • Government restrictions
    • Incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by the customer

4. Shipping Partners

  • We work with authorized third-party courier and logistics partners to ensure safe and efficient delivery of orders.
  • Courier partners are selected based on serviceability and reliability.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, a tracking ID/link will be shared via email and/or SMS.
  • Customers can track their shipment directly on the courier partner’s website using the provided tracking details.

6. Delivery Attempts

  • Courier partners generally attempt delivery up to 2 times.
  • If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal to accept the order, the shipment may be returned to us.
  • In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply, or the order may be treated as undelivered as per our Refund Policy.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at the time of placing an order.
  • Kreative Krafts is not responsible for delays, loss, or non-delivery caused due to incorrect or incomplete address or contact details provided by the customer.

8. Damaged, Missing, or Tampered Packages

  • Customers are advised to check the package at the time of delivery.
  • If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or opened, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately.
  • If damage is noticed after delivery, complaints must be raised within 48 hours of delivery, along with clear photos or videos of the product and packaging.
  • Claims raised after this period may not be accepted.

9. International Shipping (If Applicable)

  • International shipping availability, charges, and delivery timelines vary by destination country.
  • Any customs duties, import taxes, or additional charges imposed by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the customer.
  • Kreative Krafts is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance processes.
